After the success of our launch retreat, we’re delighted to announce the next Unwind Lab.
This one-day retreat is designed to help you reduce stress and unlock deeper, restorative sleep. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use every day to feel calmer, more energised, and well rested.

Grounding yoga and breath work to prepare your body for restful sleep
Expert coaching on stress cycles and sleep rhythms
A mindful walk to reconnect with nature
Nourishing homemade lunch & snacks
Closing circle to reflect and reset before winter
