The Unwind Lab is a one-day retreat designed to help you:

  • Recognise your stress patterns

  • Understand how stress shows up in the body

  • Learn simple, effective ways to reset your nervous system — on the spot

Led by Alison, a trained nurse and certified health coach, and Leomi, an experienced yoga teacher and holistic practitioner, this retreat blends science-backed tools with embodied calm — no fluff, no overwhelm, just real relief.

  • After the success of our launch retreat, we’re delighted to announce the next Unwind Lab.

    This one-day retreat is designed to help you reduce stress and unlock deeper, restorative sleep. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use every day to feel calmer, more energised, and well rested.

    Your day includes:

    • Grounding yoga and breath work to prepare your body for restful sleep

    • Expert coaching on stress cycles and sleep rhythms

    • A mindful walk to reconnect with nature

    • Nourishing homemade lunch & snacks

    • Closing circle to reflect and reset before winter

    ✨ New for November: All workshops are redesigned around the stress–sleep connection, so you’ll gain fresh insights and experiences even if you’ve joined us before.
